Backed by Blumat's 3-year manufacturer warranty
Every Blumat system we sell is covered against defects in materials and workmanship, running from your date of purchase. Blumat has been making these sensors in Telfs, Austria for decades, and they are built to last. If a covered part fails, we make it right.
What's covered
Defects in materials or workmanship on genuine Blumat products bought from Blumat Drip. If a covered part fails within 3 years of your purchase date, we repair or replace it free of charge.
Keep your order confirmation as proof of purchase.
What's not covered
Normal wear and routine maintenance are not defects. That includes limescale or mineral buildup in the ceramic cone from hard water, which is expected over time and cleared by soaking and cleaning rather than replacement.
Also excluded is damage from incorrect installation, use outside the product's intended purpose, running the system above its rated pressure, or leaving a filled sensor exposed to freezing temperatures.
How to make a claim
Email support@blumatdrip.com with your order number and a photo or short video showing the problem. That lets us identify the part and get a repair or replacement moving quickly. If you would rather talk it through first, give us a call and we will walk you through it.
Returns are separate
This warranty covers defects. If you simply changed your mind, that falls under our return policy instead, which accepts unused items within 30 days. See our Refund & Return Policy for the details.
